I am planning to use the Intel Wireless-AC 9560 module with my system, which includes an Intel Core i9-11900KF processor and an ASUS PRIME B560M-A motherboard. However, I am unsure if this combination will work properly, as the i9-11900KF does not have an integrated GPU (iGPU). Could you please confirm if the Intel Wireless-AC 9560 requires an integrated GPU to function, and whether it will work with my processor and motherboard?
Thank you for your assistance.

There are three possibilities here:
1. Support for the addition of a Wi-Fi card is not provided on your SKU of the motherboard. In this case, you need a non-CNVi wireless card that plugs into a standard PCIe x1 connector on the motherboard.
2. Support for the addition of a CNVi wireless card is not provided by your SKU of the motherboard. In this case, you cannot use the AC9560 card as it requires CNVi support. Instead, I would suggest that you use an AX200 (WiFi 6), AX210 (WiFi 6e) or BX200 (WiFi 7) card.
3. Support for the addition of a CNVi wireless card is provided by your SKU of the motherboard. In this case, your choices are the AC9560 (WiFi 5) or AX201 (WiFi 6). Note that the AX211 (WiFi 6e) and BX201 (WiFi 7) CNVi cards are not supported by your motherboard's chipset.
Now, in cases #2 and #3, I am presuming that you have the metal shield that covers the WiFi card, holds this card rigidly vertical in the M.2 connector and provides the external Wireless antenna connectors that you will need. In Case #1, on the other hand, you would be purchasing a PCIe x1 card that provides the appropriate wireless module as well as the external antenna connectors.
Hope this helps,
