Could any one confirm if Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160 WIFI card support Monitor and Promiscuous mode on windows 10 and linux, please? I have to monitor my home network.

Hello ajitrai,
The Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160 and other Intel® Wireless Adapters do not support monitor and promiscuous mode. The adapter and drivers are not designed to achieve this.

So Intel don't make any wireless cards that support monitor mode?
If you were, how would you label that in your datasheets/specifications?
