I'm looking to upgrade the Wireless Card from my laptop. My question is if the ax200ngw is compatible with an Omen 17-W033DX. Some sites say that as long as I have win10 64bit, it is, but others say the ax200ngw is not compatible with HP.

You need to contact HP regarding compatibility and support when acting as an integrator with your laptop. They can help you with this issue.
