Have you installed the chipset software for your device (from acer)?
have you installed the bT driver for your device (from acer)?
So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

Hi Patrick V, thanks for your reply, here my answers:
- When did you first become aware of this problem? After update from 24H2 to 25H2.
- Prior to this issue occurring, what recent changes were made to the system? update from 24H2 to 25H2.
- Could you provide the model of your wireless adapter? Bluetooth is Broadcom with driver 6.4.0.710 dated 15.11.2010 and Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz with driver 24.10.0.4 dated 11.11.2025.
- What troubleshooting steps have you already attempted? I used Intel driver and & support assistanct 25.4.36.6 a week ago and another Bluetooth issue was solved.
At the moment all the wirless functions are working, I just have the issue that the Device manager shows under "others" 3 devices with question marks.
So if it's too difficult, maybe better to stop and accepting this 3 issues, what do you mean?
Best regards
Erich

Hi Patrick, thanks for your reply. I know that driver homepage from acer and there are 4 to choose:
I choosed 2nd one > AX201, is that ok, or do I have to install all?? If so, which one first? Thanks in advance for your response.
Best regards Erich
