Drivers-only zip for old 6230 WiFi/Bluetooth card? Or, save installed drivers?

Windows 10 Home 21H2 19044.1526, 64-bit
11-year-old Dell XPS L502x laptop
Intel Core i7-2760QM CPU @ 2.40GHz (2nd-Gen quad core mobile CPU)
Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6230 (11-year old WiFi/Bluetooth card)
In-place upgrade from Win7 to Win10.

I plan to clean install Win10 to a new drive.

I have these two PROSet installers that support my card:
BT_Win8.1_64_3.1.1311.exe
WiFi_Win10_64_18.40.4.exe

Those .exe packages install drivers and the unnecessary PROSet software. Unfortunately, when I use 7Zip to extract contents of .exe, the contents are not in a usable form.

Intel used to have drivers-only zip folders for IT Administrators for this card.
Would anyone know: where can I obtain those drivers-only zip folders?

If not, is it possible for me to somehow copy/save the plain drivers from my current Windows directory, save them to use when I do my new Windows 10 install?

Some 2014-2015 era drivers I had here, might be compatible with the 6230:

A fallback option is the Windows Update Catalog. Lean drivers, but sometimes too lean, and sometimes old, or different from vendor driver packages:

Best search there by PCI ids, like: VEN_####&DEV_####
