EAP-SIM : "NO VALID CARD or READER WAS FOUND"

Hi Friends,

I have a Windows 7 Profession running on my laptop with Intel® Centrino® Advanced-N 6205 WiFi adapter which supports EAP-SIM.

I have a SIM card reader using which am able to connect to a network with respect to inserted SIM. (In Device Manager, am able to see my network adapter).

Now am trying EAP-SIM authentication but am getting "NO VALID CARD or READER WAS FOUND".

Please suggest me a solution saying, how to interface, up and running sim card ?

How sim reader can be made available for EAP-SIM authentication?

Thanks

Thank you for your post Ramprasad.

Since we do not have a list of supported or tested SIM card reader we would need to investigate this a bit further. In this case we would require setting up a ticket so it can be forwarded to the lab (since this must be done with the support near your geographic location, you may call the support nearest to you) see the link below to the phone numbers:
