I have an HP EliteBook x360 1030 G4 Notebook PC, I have been struggling to connect my Bluetooth speakers to it, but it doesn't detect any of my Bluetooth Speakers. I have updated my drivers to the latest possible versions from HP website and using Intel® Driver & Support Assistant and the problem remains. One surprising thing is the it can send and received files from my phone through Bluetooth but it cannot see any of my three Bluetooth Speakers.
Kindly help me.

Hello Scee,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I can imagine how frustrating this behavior is for you, it will be my pleasure to help you on this matter.
To have a better view of this issue, I would like to gather the following information:
1. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed on your computer or did you change/install the adapter to this one?
2. What is the brand and model name of your speakers?
3. Are you having issues connecting other devices besides the speakers (mice, headsets, keyboards, etc)?
4. Have you checked this issue with HP?
5. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.
- Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html
- Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click Next and click Save.

Thank you for your response Deivid A.
1. Yes, this is the original adapter that came pre-installed on the computer (I do not think that it is changable, I think it is soldered on-board).
2. The Bluetooth devices are (i) Anker SoundCore (ii) Tribit XSound Go - upgraded version with Bluetooth 5.0 (iii) Tribit MAXSound Plus upgraded version with Bluetooth 5.0.
3. I have only tried connecting my phone (Google Pixel 6a) and it connects and can send/receive files to/from the computer.
4. I posted this issue on HP forum and received no reasonable answer.
5. The result of the Intel® System Support Utility is attached.
Thank you for your assistance.

Hello Scee,
Thanks for your response. I could not find any public information about compatibility issues with your Tribit speaker. However, SoundCore provided some recommendations for connection issues:
SoundCore: https://support.soundcore.com/s/article/How-Do-I-Fix-Bluetooth-Connection-Issues
Also, I advise you to try a clean installation of the Intel driver to make sure that the driver is properly installed if this does not work, the last step would be to get in contact with HP so they can run tests on their device to confirm if this issue is related to compatibility or hardware/software.
Steps: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000022173/wireless.html
You may want to check this HP forum for additional steps:
Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel.

Thank you for your effort and assistance, I have downgraded my laptop to Windows 10 (the Bluetooth still did not work), just to check if this issues has to do with Windows 11. I upgraded back to Windows 11 (the issues persisted).
At this point, this is definitely a hardware problem because Bluetooth has been around for many years, and I have been using it, and in all these years, once I have the correct Bluetooth driver installed, everything that has to do with Bluetooth just works flawlessly, and none has given this kind of issue before.
Thank you.
