Hi, i bought a network card with a Intel Wi-Fi AX200 160MHz on it, but the bit rate is very low (about 60 Mbps in download). Why is that? What can i do? I attach a log file with my pc specifications.

I already tried reinstalling all the drivers and checking all the card and router settings (they all seem correctly set)

Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:

Then ATTACH the text file (using the paperclip under the toolbar).

I am not seeing the right driver packages installed. You need to install both the latest Intel Bluetooth and Intel WiFi driver packages. They are available here:

Hope this helps,

I have already installed them both and set all the card and router settings. The only thing coming into my mind is a sort of conflict between the card and the Ryzen processor but, in my opinion, this is quite strange. What do you think? Can it be a compatibility issue? Thanks in advance.

Your system report indicates that the Bluetooth package is not installed. A MS driver is loaded.

Could you please tell me which line you are referring to? However, I'm more interested in the Wi-Fi functionality, still can't understand why it's not working properly. Thanks.

I am referring to the version and driver name information. Since the WiFi and BT share transmitters, it is important to have both properly supported and configured.

I'm sure that all is well configured, the Bluetooth drivers are well installed and I think they are in the MS folder because I have an MSI mother board. The Bluetooth, indeed, is working quite good. I think I'll just try another network card. Maybe an MSI card will work fine. Thanks you all.
