Hi everyone,

 I bought wifi7 network card of your company's intel be200, and now I want to use mlo on ubuntu operating system.

I tried to use the latest kernel 6.10, the latest version of wpa_supplicant, the latest version of firmware, and wpa3 encryption, but failed to test mlo all the time.

Can ubuntu support the Mlo function of be200?

If yes, what additional configuration is required?

If no, when will it be supported

Hello Jack_wang,

Thank you for posting in our communities.

May I know the complete model of your system? Moreover, did you install the BE200 on your system yourself?

We look forward to your response!

hello Carmona A:
May I know the complete model of your system?

====================================

lspci

           01:00.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation Device 272b (rev 1a)

kernel:

            Linux version 6.10.0-rc7

cpu :

      13th Intel i7

driver: iwlwifi
version: 6.10.0-rc7testv1-20240709+
firmware-version: 90.38c93dbc.0 gl-c0-fm-c0-90.uc

Moreover, did you install the BE200 on your system yourself?

================================YES

The WIFI7 router in the test environment supports and enables the mlo function. In the same environment, I replaced the be200 wireless network card with the wifi7 network card of other manufacturers, and the mlo test was successful when I connected to the router, and I also tried to change to other routers that support mlo function. The practice proved that the mlo test failed for be200.

Thank you very much!!

Hello Jack_wang,

Thank you for patiently waiting on our response.

To provide you with the appropriate answer or recommendation, kindly describe to us how you validated the MLO feature.

And also, are you observing through dual-band/channel data traffic?

Furthermore, may we know what router model, wireless bands, and settings you are using?

We will wait for your response, and thank you so much for your understanding.
