- What is the brand and model of your system?
- What was the last change made in the system before the issue started?
- What is the model of your wireless controller?
- What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?
- For me to review the hardware and the installed drivers, please help generate the SSU logs of your system. Kindly check the link below for the steps on how to generate the logs.
