The Dell OEM Support Assist says there are no new drivers for my XPS27 7760, and Intel IDSA has identified one for Bluetooth and one for Wifi card. What should I do?

Thank you. Interestingly, I have always updated with the IDSA since these are both Intel. However, with your guidance, I will hold odd

IDSA is not intended for your Dell.   Use Dell's driver support tool.

Also, if your BT and Wi-Fi are currently working, leave well enough alone.

"if your BT and Wi-Fi are currently working, leave well enough alone."

Best computer advice ever given!  Seems like a lot of people are causing problems just by screwing around with their computers when they don't need to!

Dell has, on occasion, customized the firmware on the wireless cards, so it is best to stick with what the Dell tool is saying is available.
