I tried everything but uninstalling killer driver and installing the Intel one and using killer uninstalled and download driver omly
Downloading about 50~300kbps

Kindly download latest version of the Intel Killer Software, 36.24.10111. Please perform a Clean Installation to ensure there would be no errors. Additionally, kindly remove your VPN Software if you have any and try your Original Equipment Manufacturer's Driver if the issue persists.
