Hello 1ntelUser1,

Thank you for reaching out regarding the slow download speeds on your Intel Killer AX1650S. I understand how frustrating this can be.

To further assist you, please answer the following questions:

  • Where did you download the driver for your Intel Killer?
  • Are other devices on the same network experience slow speeds?
  • What is the speed of your Internet Connection by your Internet Service Provider?
  • What were the troubleshooting steps done? Kindly specify.
  • Are you experiencing slow speeds consistently on all applications?

Please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file.

I look forward to your response!

Hello 1ntelUser1,

Kindly download latest version of the Intel Killer Software, 36.24.10111. Please perform a Clean Installation to ensure there would be no errors. Additionally, kindly remove your VPN Software if you have any and try your Original Equipment Manufacturer's Driver if the issue persists.

If you have further questions, kindly let me know.
