Intel 5100 WIFI 512AN_MMW Windows 10

I need to replace one of this Intel WiFi Boards (Intel 5100 WIFI 512AN_MMW) but it needs to work with Windows 10.

Is there any compatible board with Bluetooh, WiFi 2,4 & 5 Ghz that works on a Sony Vaio VGN-FW51MF?
