Hi All,

Network Engineering of medical company reported Intel 8265 chipset crashing while doing TPC whenever asked to connect to any DFS channel. Tests were done with Linux machine, driver/kernel version- 4.9 and 4.8. FW in the chipset is 22.361476.0

The "dmesg" shows following error messages:

Iwlwifi 0000:02:00.0: Queue 2 stuck for 10000ms

….

Iwlwifi 0000:02:00.0: Microcode SW error detected. Restarting 0x2000000

Ieee80211 phy0: Hardware restart was requested

….

Complete logs are attached.

We would like to know why this issue occurs and are there other conditions which can cause such crashing.

Thanks
