Hello,
I have installed an Intel AC 8265 NGW module in my Dell XPS 15 laptop.
Installed Wireless and BT drivers from the Intel website.
I have a problem connecting a Bluetooth headset (Bose QC35). The module lists QC35 as available for pairing but does not establish the connection upon pairing.
QC35 is a very reliable headset and connects to every other device.
On the other hand a bluetooth mouse works fine.
I have installed a different module to test (Killer AC1535/Atheros) and it connected without a problem.
What could be the reason for such issue?

Hello ferentes,
We regret to inform you that we don't provide support for custom wireless integrations. The Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 has over 7 different versions, only your computer manufacturer will be able to tell you which exact models will be compatible with your system.

If your wireless hardware upgrade was pre-approved by your computer manufacturer, they will be the ones who can provide you with support.
From our end we can recommend making sure that you're using the latest Wireless and Bluetooth* drivers. You will also need to make sure that antenna number two is properly connected, as this antenna is shared between Bluetooth* and Wireless as needed.

You may also make sure that your Bluetooth* AMP setting is enabled, as this should improve your Bluetooth* connectivity and decrease interference.
