Intel AC7265 needs to have option to work in 5GHz ONLY on windows

I've an intel NUC5i5RYH and i see in the driver, just the option to GIVE PRIORITY to CHOOSE 5GHz instead of 2.4GHz in wifi.

But i really would like if had the option to it WORK ONLY in 5GHz (disabling the 2.4GHz in it, not being able to connect or anything else with 2.4GHz).

Also would be good to increase the performance for the AC on 5GHz (it not keep stable on 866Mbps in it, it needs to be able to stabilize in it), i hope it gets fixed with new drivers and windows 10 x64 that is coming soon (i'm planing to upgrade to it when it gets released, for this right moment i'm using windows 8.1 x64).

Regarding the stability of the connection when using 802.11ac, there are many factors that may affect this, and some configurations you can apply to prevent this. Please review the following as they may help:

- Apply the configuration from the following advisory: http://www.intel.com/support/wireless/sb/CS-030709.htm?wapkw=wifi+recommended+settings What are the Recommended Settings for 802.11n Connectivity?

- The advanced setting U-APSD support should be "Enabled" with most AC Access points, however, if you experience connectivity issues you may try setting it to "disabled"

- Go to the Windows* Power Options - Power plan and make sure the Advanced setting for the Wireless adapter is set to Maximum Performance, when plugged in and on battery.
