Hi,
My ac3160 card is not able to pair with my bt speaker well. The range for them to connect is too short, the speaker does not play sound after a certain distance from the wifi card. However they will still connect. I have record down the problem in the video.
Thanks for your help.

kiru2014,
Have you had the opportunity to try any other Bluetooth-enabled audio device to connect with your computer to see if the same issue happens?
Have you tried this speaker with any other computer to see if the same thing happens?
Is this the original wireless adapter that came installed in your computer by factory? If it is the original one, we recommend that you check first with your computer manufacturer to see if they have any drivers that might help you resolve this issue. Here is the link: http://www.intel.com/support/oems.htm Computer Manufacturer Support - We also recommend that you contact the speaker manufacturer to see if thy can provide any assistance.

Kiru2014,
We are not quite sure if we understand your first statement. " Yes, i tried pairing to my phone BT, it requires the same distance as my the speaker for connection to be established."
Are you saying here the samething happens when the speaker is connected to your phone?
Did you try to connect other audio devices beside the phone and the speaker?
What OS are you using?

Hi,
What i mean is to any device that wants to establish BT connection with the intel card is required to be place directly next to the laptop as shown in the video(like the bt speaker).
The pairing (bluetooth) between my handphone and the BT speaker can go as far as half meter. However in the case of pairing the phone to the intel card, the phone is required to be place directly next to the intel card, else the BT connection will be lost.
I am using windows 7 32 bit.

1) Yes, i tried pairing to my phone BT, it requires the same distance as my the speaker for connection to be established.
2) I paired the speaker to my phone, the distance is longer than connection to the computer and the speaker still manage to stream music from my phone
3) I tried many driver which include my computer manufacturer driver, the problem remains the same. The ones from intel consist of
