Dear Intel Support team,
I'm doing independent research for my Masters Thesis, conducting experiments on Fine Timing Measurement (FTM) protocol. According to the Intel® Wi‑Fi 7 BE200 Product Brief (ID: 761674 Date: 2024-01-11) , the adapter supports Fine Timing Measurement (FTM) based on IEEE 802.11mc and is hardware‑ready for IEEE 802.11az (Wi‑Fi Location R2). However during testing I was unable to start the FTM responder/initiator capabilities. I'm using Ubuntu 25.04 x86_64 with 6.14.0-23-generic kernel. Here is dmesg output with loaded firmware:
root@ubuntu:~$ sudo dmesg | grep iwl
[sudo] password for root:

Could you please support me on how to enable FTM on Intel BE200 network card? What firmware/software combination I should try?
Thank you in advance,
BR,
Rafal M
