i have an Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 100 in the new laptop i brought and i have found the downloading speeds to be glacial slow compared to my old laptop which has an intel wifi 5100.

What would be the best card i could get to change and upgrade the Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 100 and where could i get one from?
