Intel® Driver & Support Assistant does not show updates for WIFI device

Hello team,

 

Intel® Driver & Support Assistant does not show updates for my WIFI device on laptop although there is new driver available.

 

For example bluetooth update is there.

For me to better understand and diagnose the issue further, let me ask you to provide detailed responses to the following questions. This information will help me isolate the problem and determine the most appropriate course of action moving forward.


  1. What is the brand and model of your laptop?
  2. What is the model of the wireless controller installed in your laptop?
  3. Is it the same model of the wireless controller that you can see in the device manager?
  4. Was it working fine before or this is the first time that you tried Intel DSA?
  5. For me to review the hardware and driver installed. Please help generate the SSU logs of your system. Kindly refer to the link below for the steps:
