Intel Dual Band AC 8265 - Not working after installed on DELL XPS 13 (9350)

Hello,

I need some help with Intel wireless card.

After I successfully Installed it on my Dell XPS 13 (9350), my wifi and bluetooth still dont work at all.

I check in my Device Manager and says the device is working properly.

 

I downloaded the latest driver from dell website (Intel Proset, WiDi, Intel Wifi Driver & Bluetooth, etc - all intel

related software under my device drivers update) it still dont work.

Also I cannot install the Wifi driver and it says “Installation Blocked: the software package cannot be installed on your system”.

i tried the driver update installtion using dell driver updating software but it cannot install the driver as well.

im out of option now how to install the driver itself.

any help will be much appreciated.

However, you did not consult with DELL to proper compatibility prior to installation?
