Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260: Bluetooth not working

Hi,

I upgraded the wireless card on my Lenovo S430 (Germany, no card blocking), i5-3210M running Windows 10 x64. It used to have an old Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230.

Everything is working just fine... Except Bluetooth. For whatever reason, it always ends with "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" or "This device cannot start. (Code 10)".

Tried enabling, disabling, restarting, uninstalling drivers, updating drivers, reinstalling drivers. I even tried tapping the pins mentioned on https://youtu.be/Mw5HLg2rGuk https://youtu.be/Mw5HLg2rGuk

Anyone has any good idea on how to fix this?

Thanks!

JoaquinAR,

Before we go any further, it is very important that you know that intel does not support integration which is when the original wireless adapter is replaced by another one. You cna check this link for further information on this matter: http://www.intel.com/support/wireless/wlan/sb/cs-011644.htm Intel® Wi-Fi Products — Regulatory Information Regarding Hardware Installation or Upgrade

We recommend that you contact your computer manufacturer in order to check if they have any customized updates for this adapter that might resolve the issue. Here you can find their contact information: http://www.intel.com/support/oems.htm Computer Manufacturer Support

On our best effort to assist you, you can try our solutions provided below and also check on this thread: as some users seemd to have found a solution. *Please understand that the solution found in this thread is not official from Intel and therefore, Intel has no responsibility if anything goes wrong in case you decide to use it.

I understand that Intel doesn't support... Anything. Or Lenovo. "Just go and buy a new whole computer", of course.

But regarding the regulation, it doesn't apply to Germany.

So... I'll look into these links see if I can find some useful information. Thanks.
