I have recently installed an Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 adapter card onto my PC (Motherboard is a Gigabyte H170TN, i5-7500T, 16GB ram, Windows 10 ver. 1809) and while the wifi works and the device manager shows me that Bluetooth is turned on (as does the trouble shooter) it cannot find any devices nor can my phone find it.
Suggestions?

Hello MBene4,
Thank you for joining this Intel Community.
In order to address this issue, please try these steps:
1. Press Windows key + R, and type services.msc.
2. Next, right click on Bluetooth Support service and select Restart.
3. Right click on Bluetooth support service and select Properties.
4. Make sure the startup type is Automatic.
If the issue persists, please post the wireless driver version installed on your system.

Thanks for the response Warren.
Services have been stopped and re-started.
Version of driver is 20.110.1.
I have tried installing an older driver (20.90.0) and the newer one (20.110.3) but neither takes. (tried both manual and using the support assistant)
😥

Hello MBene4,
We would like to add that performing a wireless integration may cause Bluetooth issues because of hardware or software compatibility problems. If performing the steps recommended on this thread did not fix this issue, please contact your motherboard manufacturer for further support or warranty options.
We recommend reviewing the following support web links for more information:
