Intel Dual Band Wireless AC 8265. Indica que se encontraron redes, pero no aparece ninguna en el listado

Buenas tardes. He actualizado Windows, y probado todas las posibles respuestas que he encontrado en la web; Actualización de drivers, SO, Bios, ipconfig, netsh, etc...Pero aunque indica que trabaja bien, sigue sin aparecer el listado de redes wifi. Con el Bluetooth lo mismo.

¿Alguna solución? Adjunto informe de SSU

Gracias.

Is this a new install? It sounds suspiciously like an antenna has been disconnected.

What you need to try is a complete, from-scratch reinstall. Here's my process for doing this:

  1. If you haven't already, download - but do not install just yet - the latest Bluetooth and WiFi drivers for your adapter. Here are links to these drivers:

·        https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28685/Intel-Wireless-Bluetooth-for-Windows-10?product=94854

·        https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28687/Windows-10-Wi-Fi-Drivers-for-Intel-Wireless-Adapters?product=94854

  1. Disable Internet access. Unplug Ethernet cable and/or disable wireless. Keep disabled until told to re-enable.
  2. From Apps & Features app, uninstall any instances of the Intel PROSet/Wireless Software and Intel Wireless Bluetooth. When prompted, choose to "Discard Settings".
  3. Manually shutdown and reboot your computer.
  4. In Device Manager > Network Adapters, check for entry for Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 9560. If none, go to Step 8.
  5. Right click on the entry for your Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 9560 and uninstall it., choosing to "Delete the driver software for this device".
  6. Go to Step 4.
  7. (Optional but recommended) Clear out your temporary files using the Windows Clean Disk tool.
  8. Install the drivers downloaded in step one. Install Bluetooth first, followed by Wireless.
  9. Manually shutdown and reboot your computer.
  10. Enable Internet access.
  11. Test.

Hope this helps,
