Why is this showing twice with the same version number after the latest update of Intel Killer Performance Suite version 35.23.826?
It was not changing the duplicate message even after a reboot, I had to press Refresh Results to get rid of the duplicate message.

Hi Isaac,
I may have tried to reinstall Intel DSA on one of the machines and it did not help.
There was no point of doing it on all the other machines since I found out that a simple click on "Refresh Results" fixed the problem of the duplicate message. For me it is no longer a problem, all machines corrected the issue by a click on Refresh Results.
The next day there was also an update of MS Edge which is now version 118.0.2088.46, no idea if that makes any difference. 🤷

Hello FG
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We would be more than glad to help you with your issue.
Based on the screenshots provided, we have noticed that those screenshots are taken from the driver Installation History in Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA), that indicates to the user that they are viewing that section of the information in Intel® DSA.
This highlights the Installation History section, so it's seen as a separate section of information from the Available Updates section. The Installation History is a new feature that was added to Intel® DSA in December with the version 22.8.50 release.
We have observed that all of your drivers are currently up-to-date with no pending updates, and the installation of the Killer driver was successful. We would appreciate it if you could inform us if you are experiencing any additional performance-related concerns or similar issues with your PC.
Best regards,
Isaac Q.

Hi Isaac,
The only unusual thing is that the history was showing twice the same update with the same version even after a reboot.
Had the click on Refresh Results to correct and eliminate the duplicate message, as you see on the last part of the update post.
Thanks,
F.G.

Hello @FG
I appreciate your prompt response.
In order to furnish you with a precise response concerning the IDSA behavior, I will need to investigate this matter with our dedicated team to ascertain whether it deviates from the norm.
To facilitate this, I kindly request that you furnish me with the following details:
· SSU: Please download and scan your system using our tool, Intel® System Support Utility so we can help check your system info first. Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan 'Everything', click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide the .txt file.
This document will be necessary to check your entire system, in order to find possible errors or incompatibilities.
· Please provide us with the Browser you are currently using to open IDSA and the IDSA version.
Additionally, we are interested in ascertaining whether you have attempted the process of uninstalling and subsequently reinstalling the IDSA tool. This approach can often effectively resolve issues associated with the IDSA. For more information check out this article: How to Uninstall the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA)
After receiving all the necessary information, we will promptly liaise with the responsible team to gather additional details, and subsequently communicate our findings to you.
Best regards,
Isaac Q.

Hi Isaac,
The problem was common to 3 different machines after Intel DSA updated that driver and software.
The only thing they have in common is the Intel Killer Network adapters.
They are Dell XPS 8930 and Dell XPS 8940 machines.
This download record installs Wi-Fi, Ethernet drivers and Killer Software for the Intel® Killer™ products.

I would like to inquire if you have encountered any challenges in procuring the requested information. It is essential for us to obtain this data so that we may forward this matter to the relevant team for their evaluation and offer a more comprehensive explanation of the issue.
Therefore, we kindly request once more that you provide the SSU report, the web browser you are currently using to access IDSA, and the version of IDSA. Additionally, we would appreciate your response to our query regarding whether you have uninstalled and reinstalled IDSA via the IDSA uninstaller.

Furthermore, thank you for sharing the additional information. We will now proceed to internally review this matter with the relevant team to determine whether this issue is common, indicative of a bug, or possibly related to the browser or other factors. We will ensure to reach out to you at the earliest convenience with our findings.
Thank you for your patience.
