"I have an issue with my Intel(R) Wireless AC-9461 (Code 10). Sometimes it works properly, but after a while, it shows an error and disables the Wi-Fi and hotspot. What should I do to correct it?"

 - Code 10 errors can be caused by many different issues, but the most common is a Windows* Update that includes Wi-Fi or Bluetooth updates.  Try to  perform a Clean Installation of Wireless Drivers

have you tried network resetting? just open Command Prompt as an administrator run the following commands one by one:

netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
