Hello. I've been having issues ever since I started using my Intel AX210. It came in PCIe card form for my desktop that I ordered from Amazon. It's a great card - high bandwidth, cheap, low latency, etc. My issue I'm having with it is that every 2 minutes, it cuts out for a few seconds to immediately reconnect. Drivers are always up to date(Currently 23.60.1.2). When I check event viewer under System, it shoots out 13 events for Netwtw14 every time it happens. As I type this, it's erroring every 2 minutes. No heavy traffic, my router is close by and stable. It also happens on 2.4GHz. It's getting extremely annoying, it's almost impossible to play any live service games.
The description for these events in Event Viewer all basically say the same thing:
"The description for Event ID 7021 from source Netwtw14 cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:
The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table"
I don't believe this is a hardware issue, this is a driver issue. I've reset drivers, deleted all Netwtwxx drivers from device manager, then reinstalled the latest version many times. I'm running Windows 11 24H2, it was present on 23H2, but when I use Ubuntu 24.04 it doesn't have any issues at all, it's completely stable, so I know it's a driver issue on Windows.
I connect via WiFi 6 802.11ax. I'm not sure what kind of logs you might need if you'd like to look further into this, so please say what logs, I'll provide them.

Sorry, didn't get the first response. This was a few months ago and I had done a reinstall recently, it seems fixed. Not sure what exactly caused it, so far it seemed like either a screw-up by a windows 11 in-place upgrade or incompatible router. It only appeared to happen when using my old modem, which was an Xfinity XB7, as I used an ASUS RT-AC68U and it worked fine, also upgraded to an XB8 and took unplugged my standalone RT-AC68U recently and all the issues went away. I don't know what exactly caused all the issues, probably either something in the chip faulty relating to wifi 6 or the modem itself. Diagnostics probably won't say anything useful anymore.
That still doesn't explain why it worked fine in Ubuntu, maybe it was a special feature or optimization used in windows drivers that didn't work with my router? No idea.
Thanks for the response.

Hi Festive_Peanuts,
Thank you for posting in the communities!
I'm sorry to hear that your Wi-Fi adaptor is giving you trouble. Please supply the information requested here so that we can better assist you and identify the best course of action:
- Are you having issues on Wi-Fi or Bluetooth or both?
- When did it start to happen?
- Do you remember if this issue happened after a new OS update or Wireless driver update?
- Have tried a roll back to a previous driver version for testing?
- Have you already tried performing clean installation of the wireless drivers?
- What steps do you take to reproduce your issue?
- Were you able to have wireless connection in a normal/expected performance before?
- Have you installed any recent software or hardware in your system?
Kindly run this on your system so that I can also gauge the following peripherals and the driver versions that you have:
Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*
Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan (leave the default items checked), click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide us the .txt file.
