Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 WLAN card - No connection possible

I cannot connect to the WLAN.
Uninstalling the network adapter and the driver was unsuccessful. I have also tried different versions of the driver.
I always see the following message under Events in the device manager:

The Intel System Support Utility report is also attached.

To get a better understanding of the issue and be able to provide an effective recommendation, please provide the missing key information here:


  • Can you describe the issue more to us? (Does the system detect any network but not able to connect? Does your system not detect the network at all? etc.)
  • Was this working before and only had the issue recently or a newly purchased laptop with an out-of-the-box issue?
  • If previously working, did you make recent changes to the system? 
  • Have you performed other troubleshooting steps?
