To get a better understanding of the issue and be able to provide an effective recommendation, please provide the missing key information here:
- Can you describe the issue more to us? (Does the system detect any network but not able to connect? Does your system not detect the network at all? etc.)
 - Was this working before and only had the issue recently or a newly purchased laptop with an out-of-the-box issue?
 - If previously working, did you make recent changes to the system?
 - Have you performed other troubleshooting steps?
