Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 cannot work on 40M for 2.4GHz

Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 cannot work on 40MHz for 2.4GHz, it always work on 20MHz.

at first is associated with 2.4G AP in 40MHz , but after a while it will associated with AP in 20MHz, and then work on 20MHz

driver: both 23.20.0 and 23.60.1

os: windows 11 pro

configuration: all default(2.4GHz channel width: auto, Incompatible with 40MHz channels: disable)

To better understand your system's configuration, we kindly request that you download the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software.

 

You can find the download link here:

  1. Download and launch SSU.exe.
  2. Check the box for "Everything."
  • When the scanning is complete, click "Next."
  • Click "Save."


I would like to know as well about the troubleshooting steps you have done.
