Intel recommends that you always use the latest drivers provided by your computer manufacturer. You can contact them through this link: http://www.intel.com/support/oems.htm Computer Manufacturer Support
Even though our dirvers found in our download center are newer, they are generic and may not meet your system requirements. Please contact them for further assistance.
As a second option you may do the following:
1 - Clean uninstall the drivers from Device Mamager until Windows no longer recognizes the driver and show unknown device.
2 - Re install the drivers provided by your computer manufacturer.
4 - If this procedure fails to resolve the issue, you can try our drivers after clean uninstalling the current drivers: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25279/Intel-PROSet-Wireless-Software-for-Windows-10 Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software for Windows® 10
