I have an Intel wireless AC 9560 adapter running on a HP omen 17 laptop running Windows 11. The wireless has been running fine till a few days ago when the laptop wireless adapter speed was at around 80Mbps but now I have to be in a 2 metre range of the router (Telstra Technicolor DJA0231) to get any signal at all. All other wireless devices such as phone, other laptops and tabs are fine. I've tried measures such as reboot laptop \ router, uninstall\reinstall driver, update driver from Intel support site, changed adapter property settings, etc. none of which worked. Have you any idea on a resolution?

Have you checked to ensure that an antenna wire hasn't come off the card?

Spot on......I recently replaced the thermal module and must of accidentally knocked out the antenna cable out of the sockets on the wireless module. Thanks for the tip.
