The short answer is No. The WiFi6 AX201 card requires CNVio2 and is not compatible with CNVio. For more information, start with: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CNVi.

Now, depending upon the implementation of your motherboard, it is sometimes possible to utilize non-CNVi cards (the WiFi6 AX200 or WiFi6e AX210, for example) in the same M.2 Type E connector. I say sometimes; I have heard of cases where the system will not POST if a non-CNVi card is installed. You can ask your motherboard manufacturer whether their designs support this possibility or you can simply try it (both the AX200 and AX210 cards only cost US$20).
