Hi Sirammarx,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
Please allow me to get the following information, so I can provide you viable recommendations about your concern:
1. Do you still remember when did it start not working? Is it after a certain Killer network driver update, or a Windows Update?
2. Do you get any error messages when you enable Game fast or open prioritization engine? If yes, please provide a video of the error message or screenshot of it?
3. It would really help us if we can get more information about your system. Please download and run our Intel® System Support Utility from this page. To run it, please press "Scan". After the scan is finished, click next and there will be a save button, giving you an option to save the logs to a text file, please do so and attach the file on your reply. You can refer to How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows* for instructions.
Waiting for your response.
Best Regards,

Hi SirAmmaRx,
Thanks for the quick response.
Often the fix for issues that happened after a driver update is to rollback the driver, is this something that you have tried?
If that does not fix the issue, you can always install the latest driver from your laptop’s website, as this is the best driver for your machine. You may be able to find it here. It would be best though if you contact Acer, so they can point you to the correct driver.
