Killer Wi-Fi 6 AX1650s can't connect to wifi event id 7021

Hi,

since a few days, I can't connect to a public wifi which I could used several months before.

The only information I found was the windows event log entry.

"7021 - Connection telemetry fields and analysis usage" from netwtw10.

I'm using the latest Intel driver for the network adapter. Furthermore I'm able to connect to different wifi networks with my laptop.

But I'm also able to connect to the public wifi with different devices (smartphone, other laptop). So only the setup with this laptop didn't work.

Attached, you will find the ssu_output.

Thanks in advance

Sascha

Hello, @radtki

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

I am sorry to hear what is happening with your Killer® Wi-Fi 6 AX1650s, I will gladly assist you here.

Have you tried your laptop's manufacturer driver

Since you have a laptop, we recommend checking with your System Manufacturer and using the driver software provided by them to avoid potential installation incompatibilities. Intel supplies generic versions of Graphics Drivers for general purposes. Computer manufacturers might have changed the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to the graphics driver software or software packaging.
