Hello,
I reproduced the issue below on at least 2 separate but identical HP Probook 450 G8 with Intel AC 9560 wifi chips.
I initially reported it on Ubuntu Forums as the 9560 is certified ubuntu hardware, I am also posting it here since the 9560 officially support Linux (https://www.intel.ca/content/www/ca/en/support/articles/000005511/wireless.html)
When installing any kernel above 5.10 (tried linux-image-5.14.0-1020-oem and linux-image-5.13.0-27-generic), the wifi interface becomes unusable. The wifi appears intermittently in the gnome menu, and it's not possible to list available networks or connect to one (tried with GUI and nmcli).
dmesg returns the following:
[ 58.422873] iwlwifi 0000:00:14.3: Direct firmware load for iwlwifi-QuZ-a0-jf-b0-64.ucode failed with error -2

The most obvious difference is that the firmware version that works is QuZ-a0-jf-b0-59.ucode while the broken one is QuZ-a0-jf-b0-64.ucode
Is it a known issue at Intel? The 9560 is very common hardware, we have dozens of laptops with this chip, which we currently cannot update.
