I have a Windows 11 24H2 running on Lenovo System SKU LENOVO_MT_90NC_BU_Lenovo_FM_Legion T5 28IMB05

with  Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz, 2901 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s)

 

My Desktop has been freezing and restarting frequently, sometimes with BSOD error watch dog violation and sometimes just with a simple freeze and restart. The dump files are attached. on the event manager i have all sorts of errors. I have updated all drivers including Bluetooth and WIFI to the latest version released early march. Appreciate your solutions on the matter. 

 

Below are some of the errors. 

 

Miniport Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz, {d021b386-3208-4c52-93e4-d9591fd2837d}, had event Fatal error: The miniport has detected an internal error

Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz : Has encountered an internal error and has failed.

5032 - Driver Miniport reset watchdog

The Auto Time Zone Updater service failed to start due to the following error:

A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the tzautoupdate service.

Name resolution for the name beacons.gcp.gvt2.com timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded. Client PID 23640.

For me to further check this, please help provide the following details:


  1. When did you purchase your laptop?
  2. Was it working fine before?
  3. Did you change any settings before the issue started?
  4. Did you upgraded the wireless card of your system or this is the embedded wireless controller?
  5. Can you share a screenshot of the error?

thank you for responding and i appreciate your support. 

 

  1. When did you purchase your laptop? Mid 2020
  2. Was it working fine before? no it has been freezing and restarting ever since.
  3. Did you change any settings before the issue started? no and I have fully reimaged the device twice with no positive outcome
  4. Did you upgraded the wireless card of your system or this is the embedded wireless controller? yes I updated the drivers to latest update released in early march for both wifi and 
  5. Can you share a screenshot of the error?

attached are some photos. Only thing that hasn't  been updated maybe is the BOIS. Intel and Lenovo system update programs have not recommended an update.

Before we proceed, let just check. Since the issue is freezing and restarting, this is stability issue of the system.
