Hello FreshSauce,
Thank you for providing detailed information about your system and the issue you're experiencing with your Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX201 adapter. I understand how inconvenient unstable Wi-Fi connections can be, and I appreciate your patience.
To assist you effectively, please answer the following questions:
- Are there other devices in your network able to connect to the 5 GHz band without issues?
- What is the make and model of your router?
- Is your PC located far from the router, or are there obstructions like walls in-between?
- Have you reset your network settings or did any recent changes?
- What troubleshooting steps has been done?
Please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file.
I look forward to your response!
Best Regards,
