The latest is v22.0; why would you want such an old version? You would be missing all sorts of fixes.
Same goes for 1909. That is two major updates back from current. Intel typically only supports three updates back.

For verifying one WiFi issue, I was looking for this particular driver version. Yes, with the latest driver version, the issue is solved.
