I have a problem with Bluetooth on my ASUS N750JK laptop.
Today Intel Driver & Support Assistant showed pending updated to Bluetooth driver from version 20.90.1 to version 20.110.03. After installation I received a message that it has failed. I retried installing it again (choosing repair option) and got a confirmation that it has completed.
Since then Bluetooth option disappeared on my laptop, meaning:
- Bluetooth device does not appear in device manager
- Bluetooth cannot be turned on or off in system settings
- Bluetooth icon shows as on in notification centre but is unresponsive
- I cannot connect any device to my laptop via Bluetooth
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, even the version 20.90.1, and restarting my laptop with no effect.
Is there any solution to such issue?

After many attempts to bring my Bluetooth back yesterday and having no success whatsoever I gave up and just put my laptop to sleep.
This morning when I started it, Bluetooth was back and functioning as expected.
No idea why and how but I'm glad the issue solved itself.
