After installing latest driver 22.250.1 for my wireless card on my old desktop I started to experience problem with my wifi, I could not get an IP. After some more testing it was when I split my wifi to have separate SSID for 2,4G and 5G I saw that it was only when connected to 5G I got the problems with not getting an IP.
Then I installed an old driver 21.10.2.2 and it started to work directly on both 2,4G and 5G.
Anything more I could test? Or is it just that the new drivers are bad.

Hello @Fredd
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.
We are sorry to hear that the solution provided by the community did not work for you.
Was it working before with the latest driver?
Let’s perform a clean installation of the driver, you can download the file from here: 22.250.1.2
1. Go to Device Manager.
2. Expand the Network Adapters category.
3. Right-click your Intel Wireless Adapter and choose to uninstall it.
4. Make sure to the option to Delete the driver software for this device is selected.
5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 until the option to Delete the driver software for this device is greyed out.
6. Locate and right-click the file you downloaded and select the option to Run as administrator.
Best regards,

I have the same problem on 22.250.1
You can try to change the 5G channel width from auto to 20Hz. But it will significiant downgrade your connection speed.
Suppose this is causing by the new released driver, hope someone can help us firgure it out.

Hey!
I did the uninstall with delete drivers. Rebooted and got driver version 21.10.2.2 installed. Downloaded the latest 22.250.1.2 and installed. And seems to work fine now.
