Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
An Error Code 10, 22, 28, 31, 43, or 45 in Device Manager may occur under the following circumstances:
- Bluetooth cannot be enabled.
- There is a yellow exclamation mark (!) next to the Bluetooth or Wireless (Wi-Fi) device in Device Manager.
- The properties of the Bluetooth or Wireless device in Device Manager indicate the status as "This device cannot start. (Code 10) STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE."
To assist you more effectively, I would appreciate it if you could provide your system configuration. You can do this by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. Once the download is complete, please run SSU.exe.
Instructions:
- Scan: Check the box labeled "Everything."
- Click "Scan."
- Review: Once the scan is complete, click "Next."
- Click "Save" and attach the SSU log file in your reply.
