From yesterday, I've been unable to get internet on my Dell laptop running Windows 11. WiFi is connecting, and I'm getting an IP from DHCP either from my home router or shared from my mobile, but it's stating that there is no internet. I can renew the IP, but I can't ping the gateway. I can ping localhost fine though. I tried using a wired connection (Intel I219-LM) but saw exactly the same issue. I downloaded the 2024 driver for the Wi-Fi adapter, but this made things worse because I couldn't click on the system tray to select a different Wi-Fi network, as only the Bluetooth connection was visible. So, I downloaded the 2022 driver back from Dell. This resolved the system tray issue, but I still can't get the internet working on the laptop. This seems like either a driver issue or hardware fault, although if it was hardware, why would it affect the wired connection in the same manner? In the event log all that really picks my eye is a log saying 6000 - BBS missed beacons, and WLAN-Autoconfig failing. Others look like just a consequence of lost connectivity. I'm completely stuck here. Would appreciate any help
