Random issues with AX211 cards and Meraki VPN

We have seen with a few different clients where the AX211 card works fine till connected over the Meraki VPN using the windows built in client. Sometimes it causes issues with RDS connections other times it won't allow DNS to resolve SMB shares. We have used the latest drivers 22.250.1.2 , windows 10 and 11. Reloaded the Pc doesn't help the issue either.

Hello debugmenu,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I want to understand what happened just as much as you do and to continue I will need the following:

1. Are all your clients using the same computer model? Can you provide the model of the computer used?

2. Is this issue recent? Was it working before?

3. Are all your clients connected to the same network/AP (like in a company)?

4. What is the operating system used as well as the version and build (if possible)?

Hi Deivid,

1 Some have Dells laptops and I've seen this on one Lenovo Laptop. I've setup a lab station with a Asrock MB that support the AX211 and it has the issue too.

2 The issues has been happening for about 2 months now.

3 These would all be Different AP since they would be working from home. I've tested with my lab PC an ASUS AP and a Unifi one.

4 using win 11 22H2 and windows 10 22H2

Thx!

Hello debugmenu,

Thanks for your response, I could see that you have created an internal case that is currently under investigation by higher levels, please kindly refer to that case for more updates on this behavior.

In this case, I will proceed to close this thread to avoid duplication of effort, and the support will continue through the internal case.
