Slow upload speed with Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz

I have a HP EliteBook 845 G7 Notebook with Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz,

WiFi download speed is good, however the upload speed is very slow.

I have update the driver to latest version. 22.200.0.6 1/17/2023

ISP provides the Internet Plan 1G download /50M upload.

Laptop WiFi 5G speed:

Download: 330Mbps

Upload: 0.52Mbps

Laptop connects to ethernet cable:

Download: 89.98Mbps

Upload: 40Mbps

I have another Acer desktop with Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz.

WiFi 5G speed:

Download: 600Mbps

Upload: 43Mbps

So I can say the slow upload issue doesn't caused by the ISP Modem.

I have searched by Google and unable to find the solution.

Could you guys please help?

Thanks

Hi Tylerhe, You are very welcome, thank you very much for providing that information and the SSU report.

Based on the details shown in the SSU report, the wireless driver version currently installed on your computer is 22.200.0.6, which is provided by HP and should be the proper driver for your device since that driver was heavily customized by them to work with your specific platform.

Even though the Intel® wireless drivers are generic, for testing purposes, please try a clean installation of our latest driver version 22.200.2.1 following the instructions in the links below:

In the following link, you be able to see the "Advanced Intel® Wireless Adapter Settings" with further suggestions on changes that can be done to the card configuration to attempt to fix the slow upload speed issue:

We also recommend to get in contact with HP Support directly to make sure the latest BIOS version is currently installed on your machine or to gather the instructions on how to update it:

Tylerhe, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

We are sorry to hear about this issue and we will be more than glad to assist you with this matter.

In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance on this matter, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:

Is this a new computer?

Was it working fine before without showing the slow upload speed issue that you are describing?

If yes, when did the issue start?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes that might cause this problem?

The wireless card, did you purchase it separately or did it come installed on the computer?

Which Windows* version are you using?

Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?

Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":
