Tarjeta inlambrica

Buenas tardes, tengo dos trajetas  de wirles  AX200  y otra AX3000 , se instala los drivers  y  no fuciona  aparace  este mensje "Este dispositivo no funciona correctamente porque Windows no puede cargar los controladores requeridos para dicho dispositivo. (Código 31)"

Hoy  inicie windows y utilizando el validar de  drivers nuevos de intel muestra ques e actualizoÑ

Esta descarga instala los controladores del paquete Wi-Fi de Windows® 10 y Windows 11* 23.100.0 para los adaptadores inalámbricos Intel® Wi-Fi 7/Wi-Fi 6E/Wi-Fi 6 e Intel® serie 9000.
Versión:   23.100.0.4Fecha de revisión: 17 de diciembre de 2024Tamaño: 40.96 MB"
 
Pero no funciona la imalambrica
 
Por favor  me recomeindan una  solucion?
 
Mi equipo  es un  PC de escritorio  con windos 10 pro, no me permite actualizar ni la bios ni windows. funcina bien con etenert cabla

For a possible solution, please use the  Intel® Driver & Support Assistant Assistant to get the latest drivers available for your system. or download the Intel generic Bluethooth drivers directly.


And if the issue persists, pleasce contact your  Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to install the OEM Bluetooth driver or evaluate additional support to resolve the issue. Drivers provided by the OEM can contain specific customizations that impact a given device's functionality, so it is possible that using a generic driver from Intel could cause issues the OEM driver would not.
