Thermal resistance value or measurement tool for knowing the junction temperature.

For the evaluation of BE200, I would like to know the tools for mesuring the junction temperature.
I asked ICS about it, but they replied that they do not have such a tool.
So, I would like to know the following two thermal resistance values.

 

 (1) Thermal resistance between junction and atmosphere: Rth(j-a)
 (2) Thermal resistance between junction and case: Rth(j-c)

 

Could you please teach me above resistance values?
