Troubleshoot Installing Bluetooth Driver in Windows 10

Dear friends,

I just upgrade my notebook from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10.

My notebook is Fujitsu Lifebook A Series AH552.

One driver didn't work after upgrading to Windows 10 i.e. Bluetooth Driver.

It has no problem in Windows 8.1, I can transfer data to and from my noteebook to my portable devices, most of them are smartphones.

I already download and install "Intel(R) Driver Update Utility" and the download goes well. It also update my display driver with no problems.

The problem occurs when I was installing my bluettooth driver. The following message of the dialog box are shown below:

----------

Service 'Intel Bluetooth Service' (ibtsiva.exe) could not be installed. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services.

----------

Is there anyway to fix this problem?

Thank you.

I currently use a Logitech 470 keyboard and MX Anywhere 2 mouse. The mouse pointer essentially disappears all the time with inactivity - which I assume is because the blue tooth times out on it - (and yes I deselected the power option) - essentially rendering the mouse unusable - when I first experienced it I didn't know what to do to get it back - often having to plug in my old wireless mouse, sometimes doing the cold boot with the power button on the nuc - then in my frenetic troubleshooting attempt I realized that pressing the ESC key on the keyboard brings it back every time - but this cant be intentional - because I cant see the benefit and Logitech doesn't post anything about it.

HOWEVER, the biggest issue I have which, has nothing to do with the problem of the driver file (my problem there is you needlessly torture your customers be leaving it up on your site). The biggest issue is that the Bluetooth does not function until windows is booted - unlike say an older wireless 2.4ghz mouse or keyboard, which uses a USB dongle - this is not related to the specific issue of the first post, I was hoping that successive BIOS updates might change it (which I installed BIOS 33 which created another NUC hellride of negligent torture which I managed to find a solution to on the board) . Because until it does, the convenience and freedom and multi-device usability of Bluetooth seriously hampered by needing to keep a wireless or wired mouse and keyboard around if you ever need to get into the bios.
