WIFI ISSUE

Hi,

Further the last update of the pilote, I have no more my WIFI detected. The wifi card is Intel AC 9560 and the pilote version is 22.0.0.6.

By investigating on this update,  I found the event in the attached file. I think a error occured during this update.  Then if someone can help me to recover my wifi connexion, it would be great.

Hello JM1,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.  

To better assist you I would appreciate if you could confirm the following information:

  • How did you update the wireless driver? Did you use any utility/software to do so?
  • What was the previous driver installed in the computer?
  • Do you get any error in device manager? If so, please provide error code number.
  • Is the Bluetooth connectivity affected as well?


To gather more information about your system please run the following tool and attach the reports generated.   

    

Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) Download link 

  

1.Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. 

2.By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".   

3.Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".   

4.To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
