What 6Ghz discovery mechanisms does the Intel AX211 NIC support?

1. Preferred Scan Channel(PSC) --Active scan
2. Fast Initial Link Setup (FILS) discovery announcement frames --Passive scan
3. Unsolicited Probe Response(USR) frames --Passive scan
4. Reduced Neighbor Report (RNR) in 2.4/5Ghz beacon frame or probe response frame --Out of band scan

I have an HP Elitebook 1040 G10 running Windows 11 that has this AX211 wireless NIC installed running intel driver version 23.60.1

I have reviewed every specification page/PDF I could find on intel.com and I am not finding an answer to this question. (I attached a couple of things I found)

I am also including a SSU file I collected in case it is helpful to answer this question.

I am asking this question at the request of my wireless network vendor, Extreme Networks, for a case I have going with them about 6E wireless.
